Shipping policy

  We ship mainly using USPS, but we may also use UPS, FEDEX, DHL or other shipping providers according to the buyer’s location and preferred shipping method. Some items may start with one carrier and be delivered with “last mile” service with another. Please refer to your tracking confirmation email.

Frieght Forwarder Services: We do not work with a freight forwarding service. If you place an order and have it shipped to a freight forwarder, we are not liable for loss or delay of goods  contact your freight forwarding service for details upon delivery confirmation.

Some of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
